Terms of Service for Downloading and Using Moodle Plugins

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your acquisition and use of plugins ("Plugins") for Moodle provided by CB Plugins ("Provider") through the website cbplugins.com ("Website"). By downloading, installing, or using any Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use any Plugin.

2. License Grant

Upon payment of the applicable fee and subject to these Terms, Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Plugin on a single Moodle website ("Licensed Site"). The Plugin is licensed, not sold.

3. Restrictions

You agree to the following restrictions regarding the use of the Plugin:
- Single Site Usage: Each Plugin may only be used on the Licensed Site for which it was purchased.
- No Sharing or Distribution: You may not share, distribute, or provide access to any Plugin to any third party, nor may you install any Plugin on any Moodle website other than the Licensed Site.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Plugin, or create derivative works based on any Plugin.

4. Payment and Download

- One-Off Payment: You must pay the applicable one-off fee to obtain each Plugin. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the Provider.
- Download: Upon successful payment, you will be provided with a link or other means to download the Plugin. Ensure you download and secure the Plugin within any provided timeframe.

5. Lifetime Updates

Provider will provide lifetime updates for each Plugin purchased. Updates will be subject to these Terms and may be made available through the Website or other means specified by the Provider.

6. Intellectual Property

Each Plugin and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of the Provider. You acknowledge that no ownership rights are conveyed to you under these Terms.

7. Termination

Provider may terminate your license to use any Plugin if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Plugin and delete all copies in your possession.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Each Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Provider does not warrant that any Plugin will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use any Plugin, even if Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Amendments
